causes of anxiety attacks:Triggers and Causes of Anxiety Attacks By Sean Taylor

There are many triggers and causes of anxiety attacks. If you encounter these attacks yourself, then you are probably familiar with many of these triggers and causes.

Possibly the most common of these triggers is phobia. Phobia is a fear of a certain event, place, or situation. Many times, this fear is developed because an anxiety attack has occurred when the person was previously dealing with this same type of situation. In that case, this fear is learned.

Medications can also cause reaction of panic and anxiety. There are many drugs that list panic and anxiety as a side effect. Many times in these types of situations, the panic or anxiety attacks often occur only when the person just begins to use the medication. After time, the person's body becomes used to using the medication and the panic begins to subside.

Many of these instances can be found out to be hereditary. Many people that have anxiety and panic attacks pass these traits on to their children. However, if your parents have no history of having problems with panic or anxiety, this does not guarantee that you will not have panic or anxiety yourself. On another note, just because your parents do have difficulty with anxiety, this does not mean that you will also have these same types of problems that they do.

These are just a few of the triggers and causes of anxiety attacks. These are not the only triggers that can occur, these are just some of the most common ones that people do encounter. Others include passiveness, biological causes, and much more.
