For cheap, but beautiful flowers, visit the local grocery stores, farmer's markets or roadside stands instead of opting for professional services by a florist. Attire

Instead of the traditional setting for your wedding and reception, use a bit of creativity to find the perfect location that doesn't upset the budget. Most towns have parks that are available for weddings and outdoor celebrations and cost a fraction of what you would pay for a banquet hall or hotel ballroom.
The budget-minded may also want to consider the possibility of a "venue wedding" where all details are taken care of by a wedding coordinator at a hotel, inn, restaurant or similar setting.
